EMPATHY
Our attorneys have collected from consumers of all backgrounds in a majority of Michigan’s counties. Our experience is that most consumers want to resolve their obligations, and would, if not for feeling so “overwhelmed” by their circumstances. While each consumer’s circumstances vary, our approach does not.
We realize that most consumers have room in their budget to repay their debts and appreciate that consumers come to this realization at different stages in the collection process. Our goal is to make your obligation the consumer’s reality as quickly as possible.
We provide every consumer an opportunity to make payment on their obligation or prove a financial hardship. When they do not, we act swiftly while conforming with state and federal regulations.
EXPERIENCE
From helping clients to collect a financial obligation to influencing consumers to pay an account, our experience is our largest asset. Sometimes the consumer leaves us no choice but to collect the obligation involuntarily. In these cases, we use legal experience and technological advances to bring our clients a recovery. We know how to navigate the waters of Michigan’s post-judgment statutes and are constantly updating the Firm’s technology with the latest in collection software and resources.
PERSISTENCE
We never give up collecting on your account. Our expectation is that consumers pay their debts. If a consumer lacks the financial resources to pay their obligation, we expect them to file bankruptcy or prove to us their hardship. While lack of resources is rarely a justification for not paying our clients, we recognize financial hardships occur and in such instances work out a reasonable repayment plan.
